Caroline Casler
Project Developer, Apex Clean Energy

Caroline Casler is a Project Developer for Apex Clean Energy with three years in the renewable energy sector. Before joining the development team at Apex, Caroline worked for the company’s construction team. Her experience in both departments has lent her knowledge of and expertise in all stages of the renewable energy project lifecycle.

Caroline has worked on seven Apex projects that have cumulatively brought over 700 MW of clean energy to communities across the United States. Caroline enjoys getting to know and working with project landowners, and she is excited to meet many Dusty Fox Wind participants. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Agribusiness from Illinois College.


Tameem Jahan
Project Developer, Apex Clean Energy

Tameem Jahan is a Project Developer with Dusty Fox Wind. He is experienced with wind development, particularly in Iowa. In his free time, Tameem likes to run, lift weights, make art, and watch science fiction movies. Drew Christensen
Director of Public Engagement, Apex Clean Energy

Drew Christensen is Director of Public Engagement for Dusty Fox Wind. Drew is a passionate supporter of economic development in rural areas. He's spent his career working with community leaders in state and local government. Drew lives with his family in Minnesota.


Jack Elsnes
Public Engagement Manager, Apex Clean Energy

Jack Elsnes is the Public Engagement Manager for Dusty Fox Wind. Jack's background is in nonprofit development and running political campaigns. He is passionate about wind energy and the economic benefits that it brings to communities. Jack lives in Minnesota with his wife, they have four dogs and foster dogs in their free time. He’s a passionate Minnesota Vikings, Timberwolves, and Twins fan.


Jared Hershberger
Field Manager, Apex Clean Energy

Jared Hershberger is the Field Manager for Dusty Fox Wind. Jared assisted his grandfather on his farm until he graduated high school. After college, he spent much of his career doing rural outreach and constituent services for a congressman in Iowa. Jared currently resides in Burlington.
